I worked for a company in the Middle east sold as a body resource to another company. - Delays in salary payments - You have to fight to get paid - No communication with managers - No performance reviews, no bonuses, no increases - No training or career advancements - Lies from managers on how they going to help you - As you coming from another country you expect some support. However, with this company, you get zero support - Deduction from salaries for no reason You sold as a dedicated resource to a company and then you don't hear from them. You have to manage on your own.
