This company needs a serious change in outlook
Pros
- 3 months training at Nalanda provides excellent learning opportunities for pre-ancient technologies. - Hell lot of learning and fun during training but after training, things learned during training is seldom used and gradually forgotten. - If you are born with stars at your side, you may be assigned a good team and project but there is only 10% POSSIBILITY for this. - Good Infrastructure. - Good onsite opportunities in some teams - managers are on onsite work for more than 8 years
Cons
- Sucking Compensation. (Feels like you are doing charity) - Managers feels that if you and not staying back(Overtime), you are not working. - Even if you overtime, managers will not allow you to fill information of over timing in the timesheet. - Not a good place for sincere and punctual workers. (As they will be exploited) - Flexible timing only to say, managers will skew their eyebrows on seeing you going early even if you come early. - Managers are enjoying life like haven, SE-SSE and working like they have done some grave sin.
