The company has some sites for different needs. You have one to input your work hours, another one to put your daily responsibilities, another one to to view the courses available, another one to read and accepted all the internal policies (every month you have to read and sign a new one), another site to put your resume, and this list still growing... And the bad news is that your password expire every 2 months!!!
Even if you are a employee working for many years into the company, you are not welcome to participate of the internal process for a position in another country/City.
