Cons
often overly bureaucratic politics at a senior level can be challenging to navigate (especially if you get on the wrong side of a VP wrangling for Executive VP) sometimes onerous challenged navigating the matrix of horizontal vs vertical (and woe betide those who get it wrong, see previous point)
