Positive onboarding experience with a smooth joining process. Team members and management are approachable and provide support quickly when needed. Good work environment with opportunities to learn and contribute from day one.

Cons

I assigned directly to client locations after joining may receive limited initial guidance and knowledge transfer. A more structured onboarding and mentorship process for client-facing roles would help new employees adapt faster
