Additionally, concerns raised by employees often go unheard by upper management, while middle management faces increasing pressure as they navigate these issues from both sides. As a result, the enthusiasm and satisfaction once associated with the work have diminished significantly. The workplace now feels devoid of motivation and energy, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of working under dementors.
