Great core values, mostly very cooperative interdepartmental team work, huge career growth scale, world wide company with lots of opportunities anywhere you can imagine. Excellent benefits!

Cons

IT Department is a mess! Some titles are not transparent and career growth isn't as easy as it seems. Also the appraisal cycle takes a full year plus a quarter before it pays out.
