      Good place to work but career growth is time taking

      Pros

      Good work culture, no much work pressure. Good salary at the time of joining only.... Good onsite oppurtunities... Good brand value with more than 90k employees across the globe.

      Cons

      Transperancy between management and employees is less. Have to serve min 2-3 years for promotion. Your manager knows that you are a key team player, but difficult to get recognized.

      Pros

      It`s multilateral company, with a structure and fluctuation, which gives a nice chance to get prommoted. Job will be advantegous for someone unambitous.

      Cons

      Almost everything... atmosphere between employees is a disaster, digging holes, backstabing - on daily basis, salary is like a pittance when compromising with IT sector. Sometimes managers treat you like a slave and are not willing to give you occasions for development.

      Pros

      Decent health Benefits, but nothing to write home about. Great amount of vacation when they let you take it. Bonus structure decent.

      Cons

      Its a sweatshop. Focus is on sales only and if you arent involved in sales your review will suck. No support from leadership on to many subjects to list. Zero opportunity for training or professional growth.
