Good energetic peers... swanky office, lots of options for extra-curricular activity .. responsibility given at early stage allows a person to grow

Cons

Too much office politics hampers the work environment.. resources loaded with multiple projects so working on weekends is the norm... poor pay and ridiculous appraisal
