Pros

Decent compensation, benefits if you have university degree and work experience. They have a young work force which can be seen as a pro.

Cons

Managment is not equipped with good communication, organizational or leadership skills and blatantly lies. Poor career growth options.

Pros

Capgemini is a great company when it comes to resources like Coursera, plural site, Udemy business, and etc.. They give you an endless amount of resources to help you get in a project. The benefits are also not too terrible

Cons

Networking is not very easy in Capgemini, especially if you don’t live at any of the on-site locations. They also do not provide relocation assistance very easily. If you are in bench for a long time, like four weeks, they will remove you, regardless of what your status is with getting a billable roll. Their layoff can also be instantly within a day
