Profits and bonus every quarter, some projects are really good

The management at this company has been disappointing to say the least. There is heavy preference given to people from India, and even within this group, people from the north get preferential treatment when it comes to promotions etc. What was frustrating for me was the way everybody else was treated.. as soon as the project was done, the upper management had some standard techniques to indirectly force people out, so the consultants in bench wouldn't be in that regions payrolls, allowing the management to claim higher profits. When there was a project, you were needed and treated without disrespect, if out of a project, you were cast out, no consideration.
