Very bad working culture in embedded domain

Pros

No Pros as such. All normal facilities are there but they will not give time to enjoy them

Cons

Working for 16 to 17 hours a day, no appreciation, no motivation. working on old technologies. No Work ethics, managers are rude and are concerned about work only. No Wishes or goodies on festival :(
