Culture and Policies look better . For Ladies sexual harassment is not there. Conducts many events for fun.

Cons

Pay is very less and work is too hectic in many projects. No proper staffing who allots projects based on employees skill set. Managers and leads of projects are not apt to that position and not knowledgeable enough. Entry level people will be more knowledgeable than them. No proper facilitators for trainings. They just look like waste of time.
