- Good Training modules - Nice Infrastructure - Lots of new technologies to work on

Cons

- Future vision of the leaders is skewed - You might just undergo trainings for 2 years and then asked why are you on bench - Pathetic staffing partners, invisible people partners. - hierarchy, local language and origin is a hot skill
