I can't think of anything

Cons

- When you need help from HR, Car Fleet or ICT there is no reaction - they are always out of office - you need to ask everything 20 times before someone reacts - Nobody knows who does what - Testing is completely useless, in each project I've tested the product quality is awful, nobody cares, it needs to go to production no matter what - Really sick of leftist climate politics in the company and even using pronouns - this political insanity should not take over a company
