      - People especially in the west division that I mostly worked with. Some of the best coworkers, team members, and managers I ever worked with. - Internal systems and tools (like website, intranet, etc.) are very well developed - Base salary

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership from the director level up, especially in the recent reorg - Pack mentality and nepotism: you're either in the circle or you're out, and you need to be good at office politics and know the unspoken rules of reciprocation and loyalty. - Promoting show-offs, political players, and in-crowd members over effective managers and real experts
