Pros

The managers are helpful, at least when I was working there. The schedule is pretty flexible if you have something come up. If you perform well you are compensated fairly. Cash bonuses and spins were always great.

Cons

Like most car sales, you have a draw that you are expected to cover. If you fail to do so then you have to pay it back when you do get a commission. Of course, if you aren't making your draw, then maybe car sales isn't for you.

Not one positive thing I can say about Capital Ford

Cons

This place is a joke to work for your commission sheets are always wrong you're going to get a lot of $100 Flats when you add up all the sales people that they hire there the average sales person sells around 10 cars a month being that the average sales commission is $100 do the math you're going to starve at this place they hire 10 to 20 sales people at a time majority of them quit within the first week my advice stay away

I can not think of any good reason to work at Capital Ford

Cons

Commission were never correct. Management answer was I do not know. I was there and the salesman of the month sold 30 cars at 100 commission per car> He made $3000. The Average sales person sells 8-10 cars a month. DO the MATH.
