      I can not think of any good reason to work at Capital Ford

      Cons

      Commission were never correct. Management answer was I do not know. I was there and the salesman of the month sold 30 cars at 100 commission per car> He made $3000. The Average sales person sells 8-10 cars a month. DO the MATH.

      They are willing to work with people for having time off. Benefits are pretty good.

      the commission is what brought me here. I made good money but the environment is horrible

      paid what they wanted to pay you, would give you the reach around when trying to calculate your commission and say the 'system is never right'. Said one thing and did the opposite, flooded the floor, jacked up income, need i say more?
