Pros

Always a good work environment, they give you the tools to succeed and have success in the automotive industry. They always seem to want to help with anything

Cons

Pay, long hours, management is hard to communicate with some times, not enough fun company events. They take their time on giving people raises regardless of the work they do.

Pros

Some of the employees are really awesome with great intentions, while others have hidden agendas.

Cons

The rate of pay is constantly changed, management makes last minute changes and EXPECT employees to make immediate arrangements. The place preaches transparency and far from practice it. Work conditions are harsh, no heat in the winter and blazing in the summer. This would would be a company you choose if there is no other options.
