A place full of lies, greed and deception.

Pros

The customers, those who haven't been royally screwed out of everything, are great and are the only reason worth staying.

Cons

This company is one that is run to solely turn profit. While profit is obviously the target goal of any company, I do not believe that the mechanics, technicians, service advisors, finance team, sales team and managers of the various departments should lie their way through every waking moment of the day on the job. They base your employment on CSI's (Customer Service Index Scores) by Nissan, but too few great employees make it due to negative reviews/surveys turned in by angry customers related or regarding to anything and anyone but the recipient. When it comes to training, I hope you know how to fully utilize programs such as CDK Global, XTime, etc. If you do not, do not expect or anticipate that you will have any training whatsoever. If you hold an hourly position at the company, good for you, you're one of a literal hand full as 98% of the staff are commission only and can very literally not afford to spend time alone to train as they make no money. If you work for the service department, be ready for a slew of customers who are not going to be thrilled to see you, even if you are new and have no negative past with the company. When there is no longer warranty coverage or free service items on their original sales agreement, those customers are gone and will drive to Myrtle Beach or Jacksonville simply as the customer service and reliability and truthfulness of the staff there are on point. This company and those who lead it have no accountability, no credibility, a severe lack of core values and integrity. DO NOT look at this company as a great place to work... you will be back to job searching within the first week.
