      Pros

      Love it. People, culture, location, flexible family work life balance. Technology and employeee value. This company works for its members. Leadership is awesome. Management too.

      Cons

      You have to be flexible and understanding ot works with a heavily regulated industry amd hence the quality expectations and production needs to be too notch and member focused at all times. Not a con but rather food for thought for those wanting to know.
