Great benefits and pay when compared to similar companies in location. Very big on DEI efforts. Flexible with time and emphasis on work/life balance, and ability to work part time from home is helpful. Direct managers and coworkers are all generally pleasant to work with and be around. Team managers seem genuinely interested in their associates. On a more superficial level the campus and cafeteria are nice.

Competitive salary, constant employee recognition and appreciation, willingness on getting better and growing/developing with changing times, employee surveys used to make things better as well, great array of benefits, flexibility, openess to move roles, role support, great coworkers.
