Pros

I have been reticent to post a review so early on in my tenure here because I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it doesn’t seem to be happening. A company that cares about their employees and have them prioritize their life in addition to their work; a Hybrid policy that makes sense and amazing benefits. My team has been welcoming and encouraging the ideas I have brought forth and enabled to enact them. I am so glad I waited to find the one and look forward to a long and lasting career here.

Pay decent, bonus, top notch retirement plan. Fast pace environment if you like challenges

Cons

CEO disconnected from the company, sole focus is on clients. No life balance, do more and more with less and less. It’s all about the deliverables doesn’t matter who’s left struggling. 4 days RTO, not staffing with more deliverables required everyday.
