      Pros

      People, Respect for others, benefits are awesome... I think they company has had a fantastic run for many years because of very good Mgmt. Sadly, that is all changing.

      New IT Mgmt and their clandestine plan for making CG like any other companies they drove out of business

      Capital Group is not the great place to work it once was, but lots of opportunities for improvement!

      Pros

      Good Feedback often received, but according to CG's standards which are a bit old fashioned.

      Cons

      Slow decision making, little accountability of senior management for poor decisions. Communication misteps e.g. layoffs coming communicated in November 2008, in January 2009 still waiting to hear who will be laid off, morale understandably hurt.
