Okay pay, AMAZING CEO. Work life balance was good.
Cons
Office management especially the supervisor had an issue with people of color. When an employee goes to you to ask for help, you shouldn't reply with a condescending tone nor look at them from head to toe and look at them with disgust. I felt belittled and hated going to work.
The culture is great. The leadership is hands on from the top down, and offers an open door policy. The atmosphere feels corporate in all the best ways, but you still feel heard and valued. CIG is inclusive and diverse, and all employees feel welcome.
Cons
Since we have four offices and some remote employees, it can be hard to connect and collaborate across the distance. However employee resource groups, cross-department collaboration, and virtual town hall events help with this.
