Capital upholds its mission statement extremely well. Not a lumber company, this is a people company. Your growth as a person is important to this company. I do not feel like an employee here, I feel like an asset!

The parking lot is small.

Very dynamic and never boring! Have you ever had a job where you are constantly checking the clock because time seems to creep by....well working at Capital is nothing like that! Everyday is a new day with its unique challenges and opportunities. Capital is a company where everyone can make a difference.

Cons

The company is located in an industrial area so if you eat out for lunch, most restaurants are at least 10 minutes away.
