Pros
Loved the people I worked with - truly amazing to be surrounded by some of the smartest people I may meet in my lifetime. Benefits are great.
Cons
The performance review culture is pretty nasty and unkind, and people (even if they don't mean to) end up being really sneaky as a result. Several months of weekly 1:1s, constantly seeking (and not receiving) actionable feedback on my performance turned into a very abrupt "you're not meeting benchmarks". Later found out my people leader knew for months about my PIP leading up to that
