Fairly strong hiring process and you work with a lot of talented individuals.
Cons
Constant churn induced by stack ranking and PIPs. Everybody walking on eggshells during mid year and year end review periods all the while constantly undermining each other. Environment makes it extremely difficult for new employees entering middle management.
