Pros

I gained a lot of knowledge mostly dealing and communication with other people, Knowledge about banking and credit matters. Creating good customer relations.

Cons

I can say when I was in Fraud Department because we don't even know that we are talking to fraudsters. We need to be more careful and relevant when it comes of asking questions.
