      Pros

      Great company with stellar benefits. Fantastic facilities with rich amenities; gym, food, starbuck, Dunkin donuts. You work with some of the brightest and best people across a variety of career disciplines.

      Cons

      The Purge - every 6-12 months people get whacked for no apparent reason. The performance management environment is so competitive. I don't have to just look good - I also need to make sure you look bad.
