      1. Generally good work and life balance; 2. Plenty of resources for training and mentoring; 3. Freedom to move within the company; 4. Excellent 401 match at 7.5%;

      Cons

      1. Anual reviews get tougher. 2. A lot of times communication is the key for success. What you say and how you say it sometimes outweigh what you deliver.

      1. Very subjective the mid year and year end calibrations may stress you out because sometimes you will be put under lowest category, which deprives of bonus and stocks and eventually termination, to meet the numbers set by the management
