Pros

Salary is good as are the benefits. Travel opportunities especially abroad.

Cons

Awful culture. Stacked rankings pits associates against one another. Lots of back stabbing and lots of throwing others under the bus. Leadership is awful. Most move up from being an agent with no business education or skills. You have to be in someone’s pocket to rank strong or higher. They have a tendency to weed out people of a certain age yet they claim they are so diverse. Another laugh is that they’re a technology company. You have to wait forever for websites to load. Everything crashes on a regular basis. If you’re thinking of applying here, seriously think again.
