      The diversity and culture at Capital One is refreshing. The company is always looking to improve associate engagement through some creative events, benefits etc.

      Cons

      Some areas within Capital One tend to make quick turns in direction. although very ambitious, in some cases these decisions leave the customer at the short end. Relocation, closing back offices and branches may save some money short term but adversely affect the loyal and passionate associates and trusted clients
