Good benefit and wellness programs. Encourages good work life balance. Folks are generally smart, reasonable and collaborative.

Cons

The company is going through a tough tech transformation in the past few years. It tries to better redefine a lot of the roles, e.g. product manager, tech teams etc. One may need to self identify or define his/her role as part of of growing with the company in this journey.
