Pros
Large, relatively stable company with competitive pay and solid opportunities for upwards mobility. Also has a culture of frequent rotations which keeps work feeling fresh.
Cons
Your experience is almost entirely dependent on your manager and skip. There are a lot of amazing, genuinely great people here, but there are also many that mean-spirited. As a result, there is no one cohesive culture. I unfortunately ended under a manager who wanted me to work nights and weekends. As a result, I quickly burnt out and was essentially forced to leave.
