      Nice working environment, although has declined On the face of it, relatively exciting business, but far too many poor decisions have been made of recent Good work life balance, 9-5:30

      Leadership team presence has declined and the engagement of associates has fallen Morale fluctuates and leadership skim over the fact when it's poor Talks about diversity but there is very little of it in the UK business Strategy has slowed drastically and is very slow to get anything done Extremely cliquey, some hard workers go years without promotion, others with a face that fits get promo quickly There are managers in the business that do not deserve to be there
