      - interesting and challenging problems to work on - Work life balance (but depends on your manager) - Smart people to work with

      Cons

      - IT systems, specifically working with SAS and Teradata are very slow and inconsistent - depending on your manager work life balance may not be existent - lots of data issues which is exaggerated by high turn over in the Data analyst job family

      - Excellent benefits package even to part-time employees - Knowledgeable associates, and very helpful when you need them. - Plenty of opportunities for upward movement in the company.

      Cons

      - The pay was less than desirable compared to many other financial institutions. - Management was at times incompetent and unable to resolve a simple issue without a myriad of phone calls.
