Pros

The culture is incredible. People are kind to each other. Compensation is extremely competitive as are the benefits. I miss my team.

Cons

Periodic layoffs seem to be the MO. Staffing should be better managed. We hired like wildfire in 2022 for agile jobs, then the ENTIRE agile job family, over 1100 people were laid off in January 2023. That should have never happened.
