      Pros

      - great experience for recent college grads - great environment so be aggressive and showcase your skills - competition is less than other Bay Area companies so you really have the opportunity to shine if you take it - awesome work life balance

      Cons

      - lower pay compared to other tech - work is not always cutting edge - not much say in rotation placement - no stock option (can purchase at discount)

      Capital One has phenomenal culture. The management really value work life balance and I had plenty of time outside of work.
