Pay scale is good and work life balance is fine

Cons

Management lies. The package the reps are told they’re selling aren’t real. They make false promises (whether it be promotion or pay raise) to make you stay longer and never deliver. Also the package being sold to customers is mostly lies; I feel horrible knowing that I’ve scammed so many people.
