Benefits okay. Pay every other Friday. Generally responsive IT team.

Cons

Worked there over a month before HR had a 'walkthrough' meeting with me. Requested it twice. Sales team had no blue-print for maintaining, selling, upgrading customers. Reputation management is as horrible as their timeshare reputation. Reporting processes and collection procedures are poor. Laid off. No severance. No pay for vacation and PTO time accrued. Had to request COBRA which came in the mail four business days before coverage was due to be paid.
