Pros

Capital Resorts Group offers opportunity for growth and advancement. I feel that the environments is very supportive. The have an open door policy, which is rare to find in a job. I also think the work culture is great. Very diverse and positive environment.

Cons

The company is restructuring. A lot of previous customers are upset but I think this is expected from any company going through a change like this. I think the company is doing a great job being transparent with its employees and bouncing back from all the set backs the past year.

Beyond the basics employer sponsored benefits plans, PTO program, great work/life balance, colleagues, growth potential.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. Some teams are feeling pressure from the growing pains and other employees are resistance to change.

As a current employee of Capital the reviews concern me, I have found the leadership staff to be very caring and focused on making a Startup a very successful place to work. I have also seen quick advancement.
