Pros
* Great culture filled with smart & fun people who are passionate about what they do. * There are constant opportunities to learn, grow, and be challenged. I certainly have learned a lot since joining Cappex. And being that we're a small company, I get to wear a lot of different hats. Writing code, architecting solutions, project management, working closely with Product & QA, interviewing/hiring. * Regular Lunch & Learns where folks get to teach & learn from each other. (with free food) * Despite wearing a lot of different hats, I get to spend considerable amount of time coding and being productive. No needless meetings to attend. * Great work-life balance.
Cons
Since the company is rapidly growing (we've doubled in headcount in the last year), there's a lot of changes taking place and it can be hectic at times. With that said, most of the changes that have been taking place are changes I would consider to be good for the business.
