Pros

Great competitive pay, there is always great opportunities for internal progression, work culture is amazing! I always feel empowered and listened to.

Cons

Work life balance is poor, working late nights but I suppose this comes with retail! Sometimes it feels like things are backwards and processes are not efficient. Hoping the merge with tapestry will improve this! For store managers there is not much support.
