Great peers. I really do love the people I work with, within and outside my departments. Competitive pay.

Cons

The company was so poorly structured and managed for years, which I guess worked when the company was making more money. Someone finally realized the operations needed to improve and costs needed to be controlled, except it's hitting some harder than others. Too many dinosaurs with no knowledge of new technology or progressive strategy leading some of the departments. You can only get ahead by knowing someone or being blond and pretty I guess.

Zero work life balance, very disorganized, they promise career growth and then don't promote from within. This position was presented as a manager role and is a sales associate role at best.
