Pros

- generous employee discount - the name looks good on your resume

Cons

-senior management does not listen to those on the bottom end of the storeline totem pole. -little to no room for growth - they literally want to work you to death and not increase pay, offer further training nor grant a promotion -they give you a hard time for calling in sick or taking vacation time -no work/life balance: they want you to be available via phone/email even after you've clocked out.

Pros

Great way to learn about fashion. You learn how to wardrobe and coordinate outfits. Way to learn how to effectively sell luxury items.

Cons

Since the retail stores are fairly new, they don't have a integrative system between online store and physical store. Employees can be slightly snobby/catty.
