I have worked at Michael Kors quite a few months now, and I LOVE it! I get along with all of my coworkers, and I just love the brand.

Pros

Pretty store, discount is decent however they intimidate you to buy more than you should. If an executive is coming they pressure you to buy a collection bag which is still expensive with your discount.

Cons

Wardrobing is not FREE people. They charge you cost + a % +sales tax. You end up paying for it at the end of the quarter. Its required also and you do not get to choose what peices you take. Too many programs that do not increase sales. Its overwhelming to sales associates that barely make above minimum wage. Some get few shifts a week and they have gobs of paperwork to do when they are there. Let them sell and make their commission.
