-- Compensation is not as per industry standards. -- Managers are king here they are super -power, any issue raised hear is never consider, only management is blame for approval not given. -- Mangers decide how a person of particular profile is given scope to grow.They have attitude. -- Full of politics.

Pros

A good company for fresher,there are many things to learn..The company also has its own data center..Product Based company having only one product..

Cons

These people aren't sure what they want..They come to hire only 5 people and shortlist 60-70 candidates...they don't reveal how many posts they have to offer..sometimes the interview process lasts overnight having 5-6 technical round for a package of around 3.2 for a fresher,,!Still after this they are confused whom to hire..!
