Pros

The only pro I found about this company is that its located in Magarpatta City and its Salary structure was flat.

Cons

I cant really list them here, they are soooo many.. Just dont consider this company ever as your career option. I have personally suffered and I can give 5 other people's name who did suffer here.

Unorganized, Biased , ill mannered and Weak Technical Leads

Pros

Good laterals and young work force. Good opportunity to grow and learn with right Leads (unfortunately 1-2 leads sensible) Good Product and good future for company

Cons

Bad manners leads with no respect for people. She hardly knows to design and implement and weak technically but will not give space to put ideas. Respected by upper management but they dont know truth and her depth. This encouraged me to find new job Other lead takes work to become master of all engineer, make people work all day and act of team work but actually doing it for selfish reason. Also zero technical knowledge but because only person to know code because of years so acting like king. My colleagues complained a lot working alongside such leads

Pros

Coding Round Technical-I Technical-II HR Keep your pan with them till they finishes all interview

Cons

Even cracked all rounder still HR says you don't have experience then why did you called me for an interview. Still HR asked you can send holding offer and Last SalarySlip I will talk to my VP. Full day waste. They asked why did you switched so many companies and they want many more technologies experience worked on. How we get to learn many more technologies/tools in a single company.
