      Pros

      Capstone's internal team does a stellar job presenting themselves in a good light, forward thinking and innovative.

      Cons

      Misrepresentation of who they as an organization. The CEO espouses Christian values, but the internal team doesn't practice them, and isn't as involved with the internal talent as he should be for the size of organization. They have been in business for 20 - plus years, but have poor process in place, lack of training, poor communication with changes and expectations. Do your due diligence before considering this organization.

      Pros

      From the minute I walked in the door, Capstone has treated me with such respect and kindness. Employees smile throughout the hallways. Everyone is happy to be at work. Even on stressful projects not an unkind word is said. It is such a refreshing environment. Lots of companies claim to value their employees, but Capstone truly shows it in every interaction.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful company. Happy to be part of the team.
